Strategies for IQ Option’s Classic Options – Strangle
This strategy is another one for IQ Option’s Classic Options in which we open two positions. One as Call, the other as Put in the same asset. In practice, both Strangle and Straddle are alike.
The main difference between them is related with the strike Price. While in the Straddle Strategy we open both positions at the same Strike price, here – in the Strangle – we do not.
Here we buy at different prices so that out investment can be lower.
The Call Option is bought at a higher Strike price that the current price to be cheaper and the Put Option is bought at a lower Strike prince that the current print to be also cheaper.
In order for this Strategy to work, the price has to register great movements until the expiry of both Options (that should expire at the same time).
See in this article this and other strategies we use in IQ Option’s Classic Options and check also real operations in which we use these strategies.
